Meet Our Life Coach, Joseph!
Life can be challenging to navigate without the right compass, and considering other paths may feel overwhelming. You can move in any direction, but the journey toward the destination can seem out of reach. As a Life coach, I can be your GPS that will guide you to that destination. You will experience triumphs and failures, there will also be smiles and tears, but I guarantee that you will grow no matter what as you proceed forward.
In the words of Martin Luther King Jr., “If you can’t fly, then run; if you can’t run, then walk; if you can’t walk, then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.” My experience ranges from a competitive high school basketball and football athlete to an independent hip-hop songwriter and producer. Today, I am a Rollins College alum graduate with a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior with several years in the finance industry ranging from banking to merchant and tax services. I am also happily engaged to my fiance and a proud father.
I specialize in coaching the following areas: pre-performance mindset, career navigation, being a first-time father, financial success, prenatal and post-partum support, conceptual pre-surgery healing assistance and holistic physical disease treatment. I am here to listen because everyone has a voice, and they deserve to be heard!

Cancellation Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancel or reschedule 24-48 hours in advance and pay a $25 rescheduling fee. Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full session fee.
