ART is a brief, evidence-based therapy that uses eye movements and guided imagery to help the brain reprocess distressing memories. It allows painful experiences to lose their emotional charge while keeping the facts intact, often leading to rapid relief from trauma, anxiety, and other emotional struggles.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based form of therapy that helps people manage intense emotions, reduce impulsive behaviors, and improve relationships. It combines cognitive-behavioral techniques (like identifying and changing unhelpful thoughts) with mindfulness and acceptance strategies.
Existential therapy is a reflective, empowering approach that explores life’s deeper questions around meaning, freedom, and identity. It helps you navigate uncertainty, clarify your values, and find purpose, supporting you in living more authentically and fully aligned with what matters most to you.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a psychological treatment that integrates aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with mindfulness practices, which are derived from traditional meditation techniques.
Polyvagal Theory helps us understand how our nervous system responds to stress, safety, and connection. It explains why we might shut down, feel anxious, or go into “fight or flight” mode—and how we can learn to feel more calm, safe, and connected in our bodies and relationships.
Psycho-tarot-py is a therapeutic approach that incorporates tarot cards as a framework for self-reflection and insight. Rather than predicting the future, the cards serve as prompts to explore patterns, emotions, and perspectives that may be influencing your life. By working with the imagery and meanings of the cards, you can gain clarity around decision-making, deepen your self-awareness, and discover new ways of understanding challenges and opportunities. This process invites curiosity and reflection, offering a creative pathway toward personal growth and healing.
