EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy designed to help people heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. Ego State Therapy is a powerful approach that helps you explore different “parts” of yourself—like the inner child, protector, or critic. By understanding and healing these parts, you can resolve inner conflicts, reduce emotional distress, and feel more whole and balanced.
IFS is a therapy that helps you connect with the different “parts” within you—like the ones that protect, the ones that carry pain, and the calm, wise Self at your core. By building understanding and compassion for each part, IFS supports deep healing, self-acceptance, and inner harmony.
