EMDR therapy is an eight-phase trauma-focused therapy that accelerates the mind's internal healing mechanisms. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation in combination with psychodynamic, cognitive, cognitive behavior, experiential, and somatic body therapies as an effective treatment of trauma. Princessa was trained by Roxanne Grobbel, LCSW with Insight Counseling Center.

Cancel or reschedule 24-48 hours in advance and pay a $25 rescheduling fee. Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full session fee.

A: Princessa accepts Blue Cross Blue Sheild of Massachusetts, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, and Oxford Health. If you are not in-network with one of these providers, we can provide you with a superbill to claim with your insurance for out-of-network providers.
