Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Conor and my lifelong passions have been learning and helping people. I attended the University of Pittsburgh and graduated with Bachelor's in both Mathematics and Finance. Over the past few years, I’ve also completed numerous trainings in mindfulness and personal growth such as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), the emotional health methodology, HBLU (Healing from the Body Level Up), Mindvalley Coaching, and meditation instruction.
I've blended my love of mathematics and people to create a personalized process of self-understanding and empowerment that I have seen yield incredible results for my clients! The change you want in life is easier to achieve than you even think. I know starting the journey can sometimes be the hardest part, but I have first-hand experience with how much happier we can be when we start prioritizing what we want and how we feel. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancel or reschedule 24-48 hours in advance and pay a $25 rescheduling fee. Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full session fee. Please note insurance does not cover these fees , nor will they be based on your co-pay amount.
