Ten years ago, my life was turned upside down.
Grief, trauma, and mysterious physical symptoms all arrived at once. I had no tools, no process, and no end in sight. Every single day felt like swimming against the current — endlessly enduring heavy emotions and defeating self-talk.
I worked with wonderful people, took numerous trainings, and kept searching until I found what actually worked. By building and following this simple process, those heavy emotions became a distant memory. My self-talk shifted so dramatically that it began moving me toward the life I wanted instead of away from it.
That journey changed everything — and I’ve spent the years since helping others do the same: transforming their mindset, reprogramming their subconscious, and building a life that actually feels good.
Here’s what I’ve come to believe:
If there’s something you want, something that’s good for you, but it’s just not happening — there’s almost always an internal pattern in the way.
A rule. An anticipation. An identity. A story. An emotion.
Most people don’t need more advice or more tools to manage these patterns. They need to learn how to release them.
That’s because these blocks live more in the subconscious than the conscious mind. Continuing to think and feel the same way is simply habit — and the most effective way to change a habit is to understand the feeling underneath it, discover the why behind the pattern, and use somatic techniques to release the tension stored in the body and nervous system.
Just as we learned these habits of thought, we can unlearn them. And this process is fast, easy, and permanent.

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancel or reschedule 24-48 hours in advance and pay a $25 rescheduling fee. Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full session fee. Please note insurance does not cover these fees , nor will they be based on your co-pay amount.
