At Imperial Counseling and Coaching LLC, we provide thorough mental health evaluations and appropriate documentation for individuals seeking Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters or Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) paperwork. 

Our process is ethical, confidential, and based on clinical assessment to determine eligibility and support your mental health needs. 

We understand that life circumstances, mental health challenges, and work or housing needs don’t always align. Our goal is to provide a supportive, professional environment where your needs are heard and evaluated with care. 

Imperial Counseling and Coaching LLC offers thorough mental health assessments to determine eligibility for: 

• Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters 
• FMLA mental health documentation 

All services are conducted confidentially and in accordance with professional and ethical standards. 

An Emotional Support Animal (ESA) provides comfort and emotional support to individuals experiencing mental health conditions. ESA letters may support housing accommodations under applicable guidelines. 

• Comprehensive mental health evaluation 
• Assessment of your emotional support needs 
• Official ESA letter (if clinically appropriate) 

Individuals experiencing: 

• Anxiety 
• Depression 
• PTSD or trauma-related symptoms 
• Panic disorders 
• Emotional distress 

At Imperial Counseling and Coaching LLC, we prioritize ethical care and clinical integrity. 

• Documentation is issued only when medically and clinically appropriate 
• We do not guarantee approval for ESA letters or FMLA leave 
• Final decisions are made by landlords, employers, or other third parties 
• All evaluations are confidential and conducted by qualified professionals 

1. Schedule an Appointment
   Book your evaluation online or contact our office. 
2. Complete a Clinical Assessment
   Meet with a licensed professional to discuss your needs, symptoms, and situation. 
3. Evaluation & Determination
   We assess whether documentation is appropriate based on clinical findings. 
4. Receive Documentation (If Applicable)
   If clinically appropriate, your ESA letter or FMLA paperwork will be completed and provided mental health needs 

We are committed to providing clear, transparent pricing while maintaining the highest standards of ethical care. 

ESA Evaluation & Letter 

$150 – Initial Evaluation
Includes: 

• Comprehensive mental health assessment 
• Determination of clinical eligibility 
• ESA letter (if appropriate) 

$75 – ESA Letter Renewal (Existing Clients Only)
For clients who have previously completed an evaluation with our practice. 

• Payment is due at the time of service 
• Services are not guaranteed outcomes—documentation is provided only when clinically appropriate 
• Fees cover the evaluation and professional time, not the outcome of the request 
• We do not bill insurance for documentation-only services (unless you decide to add that option later)
